Within the main living area, you will find a convenient day bed to sleep another two members of your party. All beds have a foam mattress topper. Free wifi with up to 800 mbps downloads and smart TV's in every room! Perfectly located within minutes to historic Riverside, shopping, city parks, five points bars and everything that Downtown Jacksonville has to offer. Accommodated with towels, extra linen, toiletries, pillows and easy access to 1-10 and I-95 truly makes this your home away from home !

The trash cans were not emptied from last tenant. Looks like a party was held previously. It was a nice place for the price on the inside for a couple days. It was not for a family vacation as a meal could not be made there.

In the yard, from driveway to front door, a hanging wire needs to be fixed so it is not hanging low. Furniture a little dated. Bathroom, kitchen laundry room, and living area were very nice. Newer pots and pans needed. Neighborhood quiet and safe.

The home was clean and spacious for what our family needed. The only issue was the outside area. There is a basketball hoop, firepit and grill. But the backyard was not inviting. The table, chairs and grill were dirty. It did not look upkept. Other than that we enjoyed the house.

This was a great property, located in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the downtown/river front to reach in 15 minutes. House was clean and had all the amenities. We would definitely come back!

Nice location cute and comfortable

We would definitely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. We would have liked a grill to grill out but other than that our stay was nice.

Christmas family stay

This was a cute older home with a bit of a vintage vibe. The common areas were big enough for our family to gather for nighttime games. Kitchen was stocked pretty good. The bedrooms were good sized for the age of the property with closet space and televisions in each bedroom. Would definitely stay again here.

This is a great up & coming area. Our family enjoyed our time together, although the listed dishwasher was not in the kitchen and its removal left the kitchen without hot water for cleanup. Would not recommend this property to any home cook; stick to take-out
