YOUR OWN PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS

Step outside and discover one of Jacksonville Beach's most inviting outdoor spaces. Spend the day floating in the sparkling heated (for a fee) pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or practicing your short game on the private putting green.



The covered patio and outdoor dining area make meals and happy hours easy, while the lush backyard provides plenty of room for yard games and gathering together. As evening falls, the landscape lighting creates a warm resort atmosphere perfect for long summer nights.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.



DESIGNED FOR GATHERING

Inside, bright open spaces and upscale coastal finishes create a welcoming atmosphere for groups. The spacious living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and oversized chef's kitchen, making it easy to cook, entertain, and reconnect after a day at the beach.



The fully stocked kitchen features:

• Oversized island seating for 5 and dining table with seating for 8

• Stainless appliances

• Ample prep space

• Coffee station

• Everything needed for cooking and entertaining



Large dining areas provide plenty of seating for family meals, celebrations, and game nights.



RESTFUL BEDROOMS

Designed with comfort in mind, the home offers sleeping arrangements that work perfectly for families and multiple couples.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

Located just two blocks from the ocean in the desirable Avalon area of South Jacksonville Beach, guests enjoy easy access to the sand, local restaurants, coffee shops, and beach town favorites.



For even more fun, a six-passenger street-legal golf cart is available for rent.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
