This bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a private screened-in porch, and a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Enjoy modern comforts like smart TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, and split-system AC. Outside, rinse off sandy feet in the shared outdoor shower, or unwind on your private patio. With free parking for two cars and seamless self check-in via keypad, your stay is hassle-free. Come experience these GEM's! The GEM is made up of 3 individual units. This is Gem #3, a cozy cottage that is perfect for a family or 2 couples.

Non-Smoking Property: The entire property is no-smoking.



*The screened in patio is private for Gem #3. Some amenities noted are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Paddleboard Rental, etc.



**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.



ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.



Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.

The place was very nice only there was not sufficient cookware (pots and pans) for food preparation and the Roku TV was very disappointing without directive on how to use it, especially during the Thanksgiving big football weekend.

GEM at Jax beach

We booked a last minute trip to Jacksonville beach for much needed “toes in the sand” time. This rental was clean and conveniently located to many restaurants and beach access (with free parking!) was just a few quick blocks away. My favorite part was the cute screened in porch perfect for sipping your coffee in the mornings. I appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off after returning from the beach. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with essentials one might need. Overall- we were very pleased with our location and hosts.We would rent GEM 3 again!

Nice property, I did rent for the screened porch, which was slightly odd since we had a couple renting the place right to the back which made us both having a cup of coffee in the morning weird because we were facing each other.

The Players Group

We were volunteering for The Players Championship, and we loved the convenience of this place. The unit itself was beautiful, nicely laid out, and well equipped with amenities. The unit is located in a great place with easy access to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and A1A. While we were mostly on the golf course, there were plenty of options for dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful place very clean. LOVED the screened porch. It was all the little touches that impressed us. Small bag of toiletries ,condiments and keurig cups. Everything we needed was there for us to use chairs, towels, boogie boards. One if the best features is each room has individual air conditioners which is great. will definetly book again.

Vacay to Gem 3

Very nice property, was perfect for our needs. It is close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. We stayed for the month of February because I had appointments at Mayo Clinic and it was only a short drive there. I highly recommend whether you want to stay a few days or longer, it has everything you need!

Not what I expected

This property was in a good location, but the apartment itself was VERY damp and smelled like mildew. When I got home, all of my clothes were still damp and stank of mildew. I used to live a block from the beach in this same area and never had a problem with humidity like this, so I don't understand why this apartment was so damp and smelly. Also, the person that came and banged on my door on the day of checkout was very unpleasant. Would not recommend.

Updated and cute place, funky smell

I stayed at this property for about 5 weeks this summer. It was really well done.....super nice kitchen appliances, very clean condo, great bathroom, jumbo closets, fully functional TV and Internet. This place was obviously well thought out and maintained. The only issue that I had was that there was a really pervasive odor to the unit....it smelled like mold. And now that I am home, I am having a very difficult time eliminating that odor from my things. I would have given it 5 stars but the moldy smell was what kept me from doing so.

Super close to beach and Starbucks. Well appointed except only one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. We ran out of both. Beds were comfortable, home was clean and each room had its own temp control which I loved so could keep each room cooler or not at night. Quiet neighborhood block from Starbucks.

Comfy Beach Get Away

This is a very comfy and completely stocked VRBO with the detail to your needs. The pantry has all kinds of seasonings plus the coffee bar with everything to start your morning. Close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the back porch and were there on a full moon.

This house and location was spectacular

Everything about the place is a 10!! Location perfect, they have bikes, modern home, grill and nice chill back porch which is where me and my family stayed at when we were at the house and the house is equipped with everything you need except food!! This was the best family beach vacation!! Will be coming back!!
