The floors were dirty. My feet were black after getting out of shower and walking to the bed. Website says weekly room cleaning but front desk says bi-weekly. No one is ever at front desk to respond to service requests and when you do call, they say they will add the request to the board. 2/3 days later, it is addressed. Also my phone was not operational in my room. So the front desk could not call to tell me when my room would be cleaned. I would not recommend this place to stay.

Maybe I’m tired every time I’m checking in but I’ll wait for over ten (10) minutes before someone comes to the window upset asking “can I help you?” Get to the ones room to be slammed with Lavender Fabuloso; there goes my sinuses. I think the final straw are the roaches, seriously.

Once one gets over the attitude of the representative that checked you in, you have to deal with the property; it’s ran down. The cleaners cover the old sent with Lavender Fabaloso and there goes my sinuses. It’s the closet to work, so another week.

The pay at the front was horribly rude and didn't like her job obviously and was rolling her eyes and the room was filthy. Had to wear my clothes to sleep in and wouldn't even use the bath to shower in. The vending machines were all broken and had to bring my own noodles and had no utensils even. Overall horrible experiences

I accidently locked myself out at 3 something in the morning. There was no one to assist with getting another key. I called customer service and was told I had to wait until the office opened at 9am. I had to sleep in my car until then. There's no security. No maint no front desk help after hours. I was afraid of beingraped and robbed so i just prayed until morning. The staff all seem extremely unhappy and they're not FRONT desk friendly at all, even the house keeper looks sad. They need their pay, benefits, or bonuses upgraded. Then maybe they're willing to provide a more pleasant interaction with those spending their money to stay here.

Waited for over five minutes before the receptionist acknowledged I am standing, waiting to be checked-in. I was checked-in to a dirty room and the one I got had a pertinent "old" smell. Was up from 4am so I prep myself and went to sleep.

I've never had such a bad experience with hotels. We ordered 2 hotel rooms. Came in at 10:30pm, no one was there to greet us. Had to call someone to get us checked in. Whoever we called, was not a happy camper. She was not happy to be there for sure. This place smelled like weed. 1 room had a cockroach, the shades were broken, and the sink was filthy. The other room, we couldnt get the lights on and had to call the lady again. There was a group of people outside behind the hotel with LOUD music and were having their own little party. To me it seemed like the employee was a part of it and thats why she was annoyed at being interrupted by us. We were leaving at 8:00a.m., no one was there to check us out. We ended up just leaving our keys at the desk, just like that. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Staff had bad attitudes. Stay here with my daughter and I will ever book this hotel again. High crime area and room dirty, and advertisements is untrue. Went to the front desk to ask for 2 extra washcloths and was told I couldn’t receive this because it’s only 2 of us and it’s only allowed 2 per room!!!! I would not recommend this hotel to no one. Customer service at its worst. They talk and treat customers with disrespect!!

Not so good stay
The too Had an odor that was unbearable and they had to come in and open window and spray freshener because no more rooms were available. Killed 5 German roaches too. Never stay there again. Heather the clerk was absolutely awesome and she needs to go to a more upgraded hotel with her hospitality skills. But the pest control people need to rent that hotel. Germans are hard to get rid of.

The property was obviously a homeless shelter there were cockroaches running rampant in our bathroom I killed four of them myself and I was afraid to sleep in the bed because if there's that many cockroaches what else is living there when you're driving up to the property there's rubbish along the road wet dirty recliners laying along the street. If we would have had another option we would have done it and just gave up the $90 we paid for the room
