Lovely stay!

The villa was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. It was also bright with a lovely view of the golf course and a wonderful location.

Nice stay

The location was great and surrounding area is beautiful. Loved the shaded bike paths. Villa was very quiet, which was great.

Plantation villa

We had another pleasant stay at “the plantation.” The villa’s location was on the golf course which at the time was not operational so we did not get to see people golfing, which may have been a little disappointing. Although, the marsh side of the plantation is not as busy as the hotel and beach side which gives a more private feel. We rented a golf cart so we were able to get around easily. The place was very comfortable with all the amenities. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Property

A family member has a neighboring condo in Fairway Oaks that we have stayed at many times over the years so we were very familiar with the area. The condo was very clean and we had a wonderful week of relaxation while dreaming about the possibilities of being snowbirds someday. We enjoyed exploring with our dog on the numerous paths and trails throughout the plantation. The beach is a decent walk or short drive away but we are not big beach people so it wasn’t a deal breaker. The pool was right down the street from the unit and we basically had it to ourselves. This is a beautifully decorated condo. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We would definitely consider staying in this pet-friendly property again.

For future renters

The unit was not very clean. Dead bugs all over and the tracks for sliding doors were filled with dirt and dead things. I would suggest that right before your next renters arrive, someone check the unit. What was charged for cleaning was a joke The TV had no local news. If their were directions, none was to be found. The two bedroom tv's did not work at all.
