1br/1Ba oceanfront efficiency on second floor with sleeper sofa located right next door to The Omni hotel within Amelia Island Plantation. The living space has a full size sofa and dining table that seats 4 persons with a TV inside the cabinet; the Master bedroom has a queen size bed. This efficiency sits in front of the Sandcastles pool and has an oceanfront view. A great lil gem for anyone desiring a small getaway with full ocean access.

10% Cancellation Fee outside of 30 days. No Refunds inside of 30 days.

This property is not part of Omni’s resort, and does not give you access to any resort privileges or amenities.

Nice place

Nice place and location. Nothing fancy. Perfect for my stay for conferences at the Omni Resort. Restaurants are close and shuttles can take you or rent a golf cart.

For my wife and I, not a good value despite the low price

So much unrealized potential. However, we were not comfortable sleeping in the unit so we rented another unit at the new Marriot to sleep in and came back during the day to enjoy the beach. Cons: No channels available on the tv except Fox News One Outlet did not work (plug just fell out) Owners belongings filled the closet Kitchenette appliances shabby Carpet looked old and dirty Sofa and chair seemed old and musty Pros: Wonderful beach Excellent location Easy to find, easy check in Low price Few people on the beach

cute place! would definitely stay here again. minor problems

The view was beautiful. The property was clean. Just the right size for a couple. Two hic ups in our trip: 1) we were given the wrong address and we searched for the non existent address for 45 min. We finally got in touch with property manager who gave us the correct address. 2) Only one channel would play on the television, Fox news. We contacted property manager. No luck. But we enjoyed our stay. We used our tablet to stream movies at night.
