Jax Weekend

This quad unit was affordable, cute, clean and spacious. It is in an older building, so with the character comes some quirkiness. It has been renovated and is worth the very reasonable. There are just a couple of cosmetic issues that need attention. Overall a good place to stay.

San marco appartment

Over all experience was good. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Please was clean. Only reccomendation would be to include the appartment number in the check in process.

Comfortable hideaway in Jacksonville

Quiet and safe location one block off a main Street. We found one great restaurant/bar just a few blocks away but not any near grocery stores or quick marts. Our event was at the Hyatt on the river - a 1.3 mile nice walk. Overall worked out good for us.

Old with odor and termite

The place was old. Kitchen counter , sink aand tub painted was chipping. Signs of termites bad odor. PlaceWas dark dreary and depressing. Parking was poor

Nice for Jacksonville

Nice older apartment. The place is clean & charming. I wish we were told which number we were staying in, we tried all four apartments until our code worked. Also, didn't realize it would be on 2nd floor and my husband is handicapped. It's not quite as close to places as we thought. We did walk to a cute Mexican restaurant & ice cream shop, but it was too far for us to walk to downtown San Marco. Communication with the property managers was great! They were very quick to respond.
