This highly-desirable property is laid out like a townhouse, with the downstairs including a half bathroom and all of the indoor and outdoor living space and the upstairs including the 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms.
This gorgeous renovated townhome has stunning upgrades throughout. Three out of the four bathrooms and the kitchen were remodeled a few years ago. Recent additions include new flooring and painting throughout, as well fresh furnishings and decor pieces.
Airy and open, the living room and dining area lead out through slider doors onto the private back patio, which faces a peaceful pond and has a gas grill, table, and lounger. When it is time to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked and has modern stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer are just past the kitchen, and the townhouse provides high-speed Wifi and cable TV services.
Upstairs, 2009 Beach Wood has a king bed in the main suite and a queen bed in each of the two others. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and ample storage, with the main bedroom also offering a balcony with nature views. Updates like customizable lighting in a few of the bathrooms adds to the property's charms.
Walk right across the street to a beach access and just up the block to the closest Beach Wood community pool. The resort shopping village, which includes restaurants, a spa, a nature center, a mini golf course, and bike/golf cart rentals, is within walking distance.
For remote workers or those travelers attending a conference at the Omni hotel just across the street, there is a convenient desk on the main level to get business done.

At this property, small dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a combined weight of 50 lbs maximum. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable fee per dog will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
Please be advised that this property is privately owned and not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges" including the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service. Also note that Racquet Park is only allowing club members and their guests for open play, but tennis clinics and lessons can be booked. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
