Experience luxury in this newly renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Summer Beach on Amelia Island, right next to the Ritz. Located on the fourth floor of Building One, North Side, this condo offers elegant decor and luxurious linens. The unit features a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, each with its own flat-screen TV and AT&T U-verse. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals, or you can explore the island's fantastic local restaurants. The balcony offers stunning views and outdoor seating, ideal for morning coffee or a romantic dinner overlooking the ocean. Whether you're here for fun, relaxation, romance, or work, this condo is perfect for you.

Best unit in Ocean Place!

Three of us go to Amelia Island every quarter. We've stayed in numerous units in Ocean Place and this one is by far the best!! Beautifully refurbished. Looks better than the pictures. Perfect location on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean. Best of all is Mocks Amelia Island Vacations. We travel a lot and almost always go through VRBO. I've never experienced the level of professionalism as evidenced by Mocks. Phenomenal communication and they have a state of the art communication system. We've already booked this unit for August and December. Enough said!

The condo was very nice and a wonderful location but a little loud as the Ritz Carlton had back to back events on the lawn with live music! Views were gorgeous and condo was well equipped but the dishwasher was a little tricky to operate!

Fantastic Condo

We had a fabulous time and everything was so neat and clean. The beds were super comfy. Kitchen extremely well-stocked. It was just a very beautifully decorated unit and such a relaxing time. Enjoyed it so much!!

Great Ocean Place Rental

This unit is definitely one of the best on the short term rental market in Ocean Place. It has beautiful ocean views and the extra privacy of a corner unit on the Ritz side. Tastefully updated. We had a great stay. (Property management could improve their communication process regarding issues reported with this unit. For example, acknowledgment of the receipt of a repair request or reporting it has been completed would be a great first step. Or just being nice when someone asks for a status on the request. Clearly, in their eyes I am not their "customer," but hopefully, this review will help the owner manage their manager. Originally, I was not going to review my stay but decided this could be helpful feedback for the owner. )

Wonderful condo!

We have stayed at several OP condos over the years and BY FAR this one is the best. The furnishings are clean, up to date and very comfortable. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget you might need. The bed linens are of great quality. You can tell the owners love their home and take great pride in it. We cannot wait to return! My only concerns are not with the condo but with the management. This is just an FYI, not a complaint. The bathroom towels were in desperate need of change - thin, dingy and worn out. Also there were only 2 per bathroom (master did have 3) and there were no extras available (I asked) so we were constantly washing towels. Also check-in time is at 4:00. We arrived at 3:30 after an 8 hour drive and could not get into the unit. After reaching out to Mock we learned that the access codes do not work until exactly 4:00 (totally understand this). However, there is not one place in the literature that mentions this so if you arrive before 4:00 stop somewhere to kill time until 4:00!
