Beautiful stay at Oceanfront Condo with an amazing ocean view. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The host responded quickly and was very polite. The only downside was the couch, which could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, a pleasant stay and we will come back.

Spring Break

Came down to visit family and soak up the surf and salt air. The condo was great, plenty spacious for me and the hubs...loved the balcony and the view was incredible.

Perfect location but needs a refresh

This condo is in the perfect location. Proximity to the beach access and ocean view are amazing. The entire unit is just sort of run down. Everything needs to be updated. All of the walls, ceilings, and baseboards need to be painted and it needs a deep clean.

Beach life and Sunrises were beautiful

Staying on the beach made this vacation a great choice. This particular condo is on the fourth floor with great views and easy access to the beach. It is dog friendly, just about everyone there had a dog. Consequently, the furniture is simple (but was comfortable), a bit worn, but clean. All our needs were met, air, heat, bed, linens, adequate equipped kitchen. Location and area were easy to walk aroung, several nice dining options nearby. We would rent again, especially if we need to bring our dog.

So glad we booked here.

Everything about this place was excellent, very pleased. The view of the beach and ocean from out balcony could not have been better. Had my pet with me and there was plenty of green space for her. Everything we could have wanted was in walking distance or a short drive

Absolutely wonderful

Stayed for two days in early March, could have stayed for a month!!!!! This place was even better than advertised. Right on the beach! Well appointed! The check in process was spot on. Nothing bad to say. I will return next year.

The condo was very nice. The views were awesome! Great location. The website stated "sleeps 4". In the pictures it looks like there is the big bed and 2 twins. But there is only the big bed and one twin. If the description includes the couch as a place to sleep, I recommend getting a sleeper sofa to be considered a bed as that couch was not comfortable for sleeping. We initially thought there were only 2 bath towels. Used the beach towels and found the other towels in the bathroom under the sink the day we left. I don't know why we didn't look there sooner! LolThere are 2 knobs on the stove that are cracked. We couldn't figure out why the surfacecwas still hot when the knob was on "off".We had to switch knobs in order to turn the burner off. We did text property management and they said it would be looked at.There's a patch on the bedroom ceiling that should be repaired instead of just painted over but it didn't leak when it rained.Overall it's a really cute place! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends!

Relaxing respite

Location and views were great. So relaxing to look at beach while in living room & kitchen. Bedroom fairly small but spacious with double pocket doors to side bedroom open. Ample storage space. The listing's pics were accurate. A couple minor maintenance issues, such a shower faucet difficult to totally turn off, but did not interfere with pleasant stay. We'd be happy to stay here our next JAX Beach trip.

Beach view

Very nice property on the 4th floor overlooking the beach. Loved watching the waves daily and seeing the sunrise and beautiful sunset. Walked the beach daily. Sat on balcony to eat lunch or just coffee. Everything inside was perfect and we were especially glad there was a washer/dryer for our use. It was only one mile from our son and family. Will go again.

Great View could use improvements

Great view. Upon check in, a broken mirror was sitting on the bedroom desk. The property team removed it once notified. The washer worked but the dryer did not. We stayed 5 nights with intentions on doing laundry. Property team was notified but dryer was never fixed. Nice affordable place with a great view. Don’t expect everything to be perfect. It’s the beach. Just enjoy your vacation.

Bittersweet

The location was great and the beach was never too crowded, however there were a lot of things that weren't taken care of or broken on the property. For the price we paid we shouldn't have had to deal with these issues such as... 1. The elevator inspection expired over two years ago and the entire back wall of the elevator is coming off where you can see the inside of the elevator shaft. 2. The pool gate doesn't lock, nor does the trash gate. 3. The room had a large broken mirror sitting on a desk, a broken chair chair on the balcony, a broken toilet roll holder, and a broken towel holder. 4. The sliding door to the balcony doesn't lock or even latch. None of the sliding doors latch. 5. There's a 10 digit code to get into the room but the shower window right beside the front door doesn't latch OR lock so we were never actually secure or safe in this room. 6. We also had to clean the counters, dishwasher, and all the dishes before use. Overall we paid way too much to have all of these major issues.

No Working Elevator!

This condo on the beach was rented because it had an elevator. We were notified that extensive work was being completed in December so I wasn't worried that we'd have a problem when we checked in on January 10th. Was traveling with my 86 year old mother who has COPD. We arrived after dark, had trouble getting in with the door code for about an hour and there was no working elevator. We were there for a wedding so there were multiple events we were required to attend which meant several trips each day up and down those stairs. Then, I had to request a new door code because the original code stopped working after the first 12 hours. The best thing about this unit was location and the local woman I spoke with - Tina - she is wonderful and probably saved us from just having to abandon this rental. She took her time to get the lock recoded. And lastly - post the internet sign-on info in the unit. How hard would that be. And get some basic cable. Tried every day to sign on to my Xfinity account on the main TV but the system never would connect. I'd put in the user name and password for my account, hit NEXT and nothing happened other than the ON/OFF light at the bottom right of the TV flashing red and blue alternately. Pretty disappointing stay overall... and oh, the parking spot - #20 - has a giant cement pole on the INSIDE of the parking spot....go figure.

True beachfront and we enjoyed the balcony as much as we could with the strong winds and occasional rain. Love the location and that many of the restaurants are walkable. Perfect for our mini beach vacation.
