Love Queen's grant

The unit was OK but very worn. Needs major upgrading in both baths, carpet and kitchen.

Great location but needs some work.

Great location. Property could use a major update with some new clean furniture. Sofa was extremely dirty. Access to beach and pool was very easy. Neighbors were great to meet. Wouldn’t take much to make this place a 5-star charm.

We came during “COVID” to get away and spend some time somewhere other than our house as a family! This place was perfect....the beach was beautiful, the view was perfect, the weather was gorgeous....we had a great week!

Great ocean view condo

Love the location on the beach and in between shops and restaurants in Surf City and the town of Topsail Beach. Nice apartment size and layout for our family of 5.

Great ocean view condo

Our favorite part was the incredible ocean view from the den, master bedroom and ocean deck. And being on the 1st floor gives you direct access to the walkway to the beach. The back balcony also has nice views of the waterway/marsh.
