The view was wonderful, the condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our one complaint is the the kitchen was very poorly lit making it difficult to cook in.

Amelia Island stay

We enjoy the convenient location of the property. Easy access to beach. Quiet location and great place to unwind after the days events. Property was clean and comfortable. Brain was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach area

Had a bit of a glitch when we checked in, but it was taken care of promptly. Place was very accommodating for our family with young children. So be aware there is no plastic wrap or foil in the unit. We are cookers, so we use each wherever we are staying. Beach view was wonderful as was the beach.

Cute beach condo

Saw lots of turtles, which was neat! Glad we had ability to rent chairs/umbrella for the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs provided by the property, loved they had lots of blankets and pillows. Living room was decent sized and could fit our family of 4 (2 grown late teen boys). Kitchen was decently stocked. Washing machine is small, but fine for washing towels bathing suits as you throughout the week. Pleasant stay! Thank you!

Mostly good. Dryer took FOREVER to dry damp clothes and washer door seal was filthy. Everything else was clean and we had a great time!

Great place, needs improvement on details

This was a great apartment, wonderful views. Beds were nice and comfortable. A couple of issues. First off the front door was a nightmare to lock. It was titchy and did not follow instructions. Second there were a number of lights out. On on the balcony, and all the lights in the living room. And the toilet paper!! It was single ply. You would think for what we paid we could get decent TP!!Overall though nice place.

The pictures on site seemed like the decor updated but not updated. Old decor ,odor of smokers in the past. We got used to everything quickly but unit needs updating and more supplies. Carpets stained, bedding old, toilets stick, window treatments dated. The location helps to ignore any issues . We have stayed at sailmaker 3 times prior and love the area. Unit clean.

Beautiful View

Great location and beautiful view of the beach! Very clean and everything was there that we needed. Really dog-friendly area, which was great for us. The only draw-back was that we were expecting to be able to enter from the ground floor, but our unit didn't have a ground floor. This was really a challenge for our small beagle who was unable to get up the stairs and had to be carried each time. My husband has knee issues, so it was a challenge for him as well. Though I should have asked, it would be nice if those type details were included in the description of each unit. Overall, though, we had a really good experience. Thank you!

Beautiful, well equipped Condo in a quiet, safe family Friendly Oceanfront Community. Perfect for teen Granddaughters who had never visited Florida. After experiencing Pensacola, and Cocoa Beach, Amelia Island was their favorite.

This property is a great location and we enjoyed it quite a bit. Our concerns were with the property management company. They have a lot of rules, including a mini-lease, pool restrictions, and a quasi-working washer/dryer. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals, but there were a lot of small things to deal with. We’ll go back to the community but probably stay in a different property. Also, they have so many remotes for the TV, haha!

You have self check in which is very convenient. This is a 2 story unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a sofa bed and half bath downstairs. The stairs are just a little bit steep.The kitchen is well appointed, and there is a stackable washer dryer unit in the kitchen.The unit is in good condition, as are all the furnishings.There's a dedicated parking space right out front. You do have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the unit.The small balcony has a very nice ocean view.Everything is fine about this unit and the location. I would definitely rent there again.
