Ocean Front Restful Place

The condo was old but it was in an excellent location right on the beach. The managers were extremely responsive to every question & need we had. I will definitely stay here again.

great beach location

We stayed two nights with my son and his fiancé. It was nice to be right on the beach. Unit and bedrooms are pretty small, but we enjoyed the beach and balcony. Linens and towels were nice. Management was responsive.

Beach front

The location is awesome on this unit. 5 th floor is perfect to hear and see the waves without much noise from the ground level activity. Clean and furnished well for the price point on rent.

Wonderful location, very CLEAN condo on the beach. Convenient parking, plus public parking right next to condo. Comfortable beds and. I let updated kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!!

Weekend family trip

The view was absolutely beautiful, and location was great. The sofa was very uncomfortable, the pocket door was broken in one of the bedrooms. It was very clean, but really needs more comfortable seating and more end tables.

Cosmetic problems

Ocean front was great! Bedroom had 12x12 tiles missing, no base board on wall in bedroom. Broken at top roller, pocket door to bedroom. Housekeeping not good. Vacation rental way over price for condo and problems……garbage disposal leaking last morning of our stay.

Amazing View

The unit we were in face the beach. It was a beautiful view. The condo was fully equipped with everything you needed. We had an amazing day and the owner was amazing to work with.

View was beautiful and unit was extremely clean. The building is very old and a mixture of plastic outdoor furniture indoors. Odd but very clean.

Great time!

This place was perfect for my friend and me to stay. On the beach with view of beach from condo and balcony. Pictures on site are accurate. Agree with another review that more end tables and night stands would be helpful, but not necessary. Easy to contact host when we decided we'd like to extend our stay, and luckily our request was granted. Would definitely stay here again!

Our host was excellent at communicating all the details. There was one issue; the elevator was not working (obviously out of the host’s control) & the unit is on the 5th floor BUT the host let us know & we worked things out.

Upside of going to Mayo...

The condo was perfect for my 22yo daughter & me for her appointments at Mayo. Can't beat the location & view! The condo was clean, comfortable & well stocked. The host/property managers were great to work with. Quick to respond and accommodating! While we didn't get the answers we were hoping to, we were able to enjoy some time at the beach. And, the ease of the rental process made it all the better! It's my 3rd stay at Sandpiper. Hope to be back😊

Great place. Beds and towels are nice. Stunning views. Could us a coffee table and lamps in the family room. No air conditioning in main bedroom. The 3 fans we found did not cool the air. Lamps in bedrooms would be be nice

Disappointed from the get go

The property was described a having extensive renovations so we assumed the condo we rented would also have had these renovations. About all I can say is it did have a fresh coat of paint. Other than that it was a mess. It had a variety of bugs, the floor was filthy. It had missing tiles in one of the bedrooms, also missing molding and loose TV cables hanging down the walls.

Great location, unit needs a little help.

Location great. Street for 4 blocks muddy. Unit really could use some help. 3 big floor tiles missing in Master, lighting was not good. One floor lamp in master I had to move because it was at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom had no storage by the bed. A electric strip for plugging in light which was more like a spot light.. The kitchen was good with good appliances and dishes. Bathroom adequate, water pressure not good at all in small shower. Didn't try tub/shower.

FILTHY!!!!!!! BATHTUB IS A DEATHTRAP!!!!!UNIT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED!!!!!MY 82 YEAR OLD MOTHER DID NOT SHOWER FOR THE DAYS WE STAYED!!!! I WAS READY TO LEAVE AS SOON AS I WALKED IN!!!!!! SMELL OF MOLD!!!!! MANAGMENT SHOULD CHECK ON THEIR PROPERTIES AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH!!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!

Great View

The propert had everything it was communicated to have had. Newer, comfortable beds made the sleeping easier. The washer/dryerwere a bit old and made a lot of noise when in use so I refrained from using however everything else was usable. The view of the ocean is everything and more at this property, and the pool was not busy and was clean which was nice since it is on the smaller side. The only suggestion we would make is for more furniture (i.e. side and end tables and possibly a chest of drawers for the bedrooms) as it was difficult at times to find places for charging devices and placing down drinks while inside the unit. I would recommend thia place for the price point with what you get because that view is amazing, and access to the beach is super easy! Great stay overall.

The JAX Condo

The condo was very nice. The owners were attentive to our requests. It was conveniently located near the beach. The elevator was a plus, and the beach entry was most convenient. The condo was clean. The water pressure in the stall shower was poor. The tub shower is quite slippery without a shower mat. The beach chairs on the deck were worn out, rusty, and unable to be used. It would be best if you had a chair for the beach. In the front bedroom, the lamp is in front of the television, even if you want to watch it. The back bedroom did not have a closet, and the dresser had two drawers taped shut that could not be used. There should be mirrors in the bedroom. The exterior light needs a new bulb.A coffee table would be a plus and while on vacation its nice to see news that is current.Really was not a good set up.Thank you.
