Every detail of this peaceful Ponte Vedra condo invites you to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home.
Sleeping arrangements
Three king bedrooms offer restful privacy for up to six guests. The main-level primary suite includes a walk-in shower and soaking tub, while both upstairs bedrooms have ensuite baths. One of the upstairs rooms opens to a private balcony - a quiet spot to breathe in the morning air or stargaze at night. With three and a half baths, everyone has space to get ready with ease.
Living areas
Over 2,500 square feet of open living and dining areas bring people together. A flat-screen HDTV and game table invite movie nights or friendly competition, while soft lighting and comfortable seating create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals. The dining area flows naturally to the patio, perfect for enjoying breakfast indoors or dinner by the pond.
Outdoor living
Step outside to the patio where you can grill on the BBQ and take in the tranquil pond view. A nearby pool offers a refreshing way to spend a sunny Florida afternoon, while walking paths lead toward lake access within the gated community.

Practical comforts include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, ceiling fan, and a dedicated workspace. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided. Pet-friendly and located inside The Players Club (TPC), the condo includes two free parking spaces and self check-in via keypad.
