Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. Birthday trip

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo located in the area we wanted stay in. Close to the Sandbar and a couple miles from Sliders. Not far from the vibrant historic downtown where we enjoy Peppers Mexican restaurant, shopping at the Tea & Spice exchange and the other local stores.

Perfect location

Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the Sandbar and Saltlife. Flectcher Avenue is bikeable. The unit is small but had everything we needed. I like that it had a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable. Nice that parking is covered. We would stay there again!

Amelia Island Anniversary

Perfect location and size! Next time (yes, we will be back!), we’d like a unit with a balcony. Perfectly situated to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Recommend using personal GPS on phone, instead of directions given. We had trouble getting the door code to let us in, but help arrived shortly. The unit was very well appointed.

Nice, but not ocean view

Property was nice, but the floor was very dirty and it was turning our feet black. Needed a mop. The property is not ocean view. You can barely see the ocean if you peer out the kitchen window. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, but for those looking for a larger pool note this pool is from 3 ft 9in to 3ft 11in. Property management was fairly informative, but the welcome text didn’t have the unit number and so we needed to piece it together from the original booking email. Decent little place though, but we were disappointed by the view. Very convenient beach access. We’d stay there again though.

4th Of July Getaway

This property is nicely located, about halfway to either end of Fernandina Beach. Parking was a little tight like the decorated so we took a smaller SUV. We did have to wanted outlet code twice each time we went in and out. There were no sheets for the pullout bed and no DVD player or movies. We did not spend a lot of time there so it wasn’t a game changer. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool. Our boys loved both. It took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach for the fireworks, which were impressive in itself. It was well worth the drive!

Nice unit with a couple of issues

Unit was nice. The location was good close to downtown and the beach. I would however recommend replacing the mattress. It seemed to be very old and a mattress topper was put on top of it to try and make it more comfortable. All of the springs on the mattress were shot and squeaked terribly. It was less than comfortable. Me and my wife are not heavy people either. Also you may want to consider replacing the toilet. It sits very low. Also the ice maker did not work

Not just the messily hotel room the made it look like

The listing just shows the bedroom. I thought it was a messily hotel room with dorm fridge microwave and community laundry equipment. The room is far from that. The room is a bedroom with a small flat screen, separated by a bath with a bathtub and shower. A separate living room with sofa bed and large screen TV. A kitchen with full size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fully stocked with pans, dishes, cooking utensils, and eating utensils. The renter supplies dishwashing soap pods and laundry detergent pods for the washer and dryer. Definitely not what I expected in a wonderful way. .

Needs TLC

The location was perfect. Easy access to parking and the local restaurants were great. The property needs a little TLC. The blinds are dusty. The fans have to be clean. I took pictures of the dusty fans. The walls need to be clean you can see it specially at the entrance all the scuff. The bar chairs are very old and need some cleaning too. The toilet seat is loose. The washing machine makes a horrible noise. I thought it was going to go through the floor.

Perfect location

I was very impressed with the location & comfort. It is compact but it worked perfectly for our family of 3 for a couple of days. We would stay again and for longer.

Quiet Getaway

Met expectations for a place to stay just to spend time on the beach avoiding huge crowds. The elevator was inoperable for 1 day of our stay but that wasn't a huge deal. Enjoyed our time!

First Time AI Visit

Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.

Convenient to beach and libations

Was hoping for a view of the beach, but there was just a sliver. Ocean quite visible, along with buildings. Bed only okay. Shower same. Free parking and easy access to beach and attractions.

First time in this condo, but multiple times at The Terraces

We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again.
