"This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here."

"Wow! I cannot say enough about the great time we had at this home! We were looking for a house that could accommodate a corporate retreat and host dinners for 40+ guests. "The original listing when I booked said there was a futon and twin beds in room 2, but there was no futon, which put one person in our group of 5 sleeping on the couch. The place is cute with a nice fenced yard. The location, as in proximity to things, was great, but the neighborhood itself was a little run down and junky in certain areas. This particular unit and yard was definitely one of the nicest on the street. Overall, it was fine for a weekend visit, especially for the price."

"We rented the is condo for the weekend and it was everything we needed. Just steps to the ocean and right across the street from the canal and pool. It was nice, clean, and very spacious! Perfect for a small family. The deck overseeing the ocean was also quite large. Also just a short drive to the Surf City or Jolly Roger pier. Will definitely rent from again in the future!"
