"Authentic village with spectacular environment. Room and house were very clear and nicely furnished, the breakfast was absolutely fine and enough. The owners are very friendly, helpful and guest-centric. They helped to plan the daily program (e.g. weather, free map, info books...) and every day they left a small chocolate on the pillow. :)"

The card offers great attractions and free bus services around the area and is an absolute game changer! The property itself is a classic nice Austrian style apartment/hotel and is an absolute 10/10. Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. Insgesamt Preis Leistung nicht angemessen, zu teuer und gibt mit 4 Sternen bessere Hotels im Ort "

" Beautiful and clean modern hotel. Activities for small children. We arrived on the weekend so there were no workshops for the kids. The food was not to our taste.Maby because we are not from Germany. Very expensive "

"Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

"Vi storkoste oss her i seks dager. Utrolig god service med nybakte rundstykker på døra hver morgen. Hyggelige eiere som hjelper til med det man trenger. Nydelig hage med basseng og masse bassengleker. Trampoline, bordtennis og masse leker til barna. Fint utgangspunkt for å gå turer i fjellet. Gratis inngang til badeland som er en liten kjøretur unna. El-bil lader tilgjengelig. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! "
