This hotel is located a short distance from the airport, shuttle is provided both ways. The hotel is very clean and modern with good amenities and the plus side is that there are food options within the precinct of the hotel in a mini mall area. The hotel location in terms of distance from airport and downtown should be weighed with your needs when visiting Jakarta

We chose this property for convenience to the airport for a short stay between multiple flights. It was exactly what we needed and the staff was attentive to our needs. The shuttle bus saved us time and money going back to the airport after checking out.

Amazing... very near to airport and it's free shuttle even your flight at 4am. The room facilities are good. Breakfast spread were also very good. Tasty. In room service (the foods) was also delicious. Hopefully will have chance to stay here again.

Great room, but little else

Booked the hotel for one night for a change of flights layover as the hotel is attached to a shopping centre. ALL the shops were closed, and empty, the Spa facilities were also non existent. The room, bed and bathroom were large and comfortable, the rest was disappointing.

Meeting point at term3 was a bit hard to locate. Shuttle from/to airport were excellent. Pleasantly surprised with bfast variety, lots of things to choose from, although the taste of food could be improved. Room and bathroom relatively clean. Pillows were not great, though i didnt bother to ask if it could be changed as I only stayed for one night. Overall a good choice for transit hotel.

Gr8 hotel - Poor AC

Lovely hotel and the pool atea is lovely altho only 2 seats for the hole area so if it got a few ppl there then there would be nowhere to actually sit. The pool itself is lovely and we enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely and breakfast is also lovely but the AC in the room was almost non existant and we all had to sleep on top of the bed as tue room got pretty warm, so the lack of stars was really only for the extremely poor Air conditioning

Stayed here twice. The reception spoke poor English. The room service was awful, the QR codes in the room for directories/room service didn’t work. You have to ask reception to give you free wifi because they forget to give it to you. The hallways were dirty and stained, and there were bugs.

Amazing hotel, we were upgraded to a business room which was great. Huge buffet breakfast with multiple stations and the staff are so sweet! Free airport shuttle pickup and dropoff is so convinient!

Wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel near the airport in Jakarta. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Showers were great, with wonderful water pressure. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of local and international foods. Great service and welcome. Would definitely stay again when flying into and out of Jakarta.

This hotel is very convenient for air travelers. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. The room is bright, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has lots of selection. The free shuttle is a plus. I have a pleasant stay. The only suggestion is the reclining sofa needs to be upgraded as it is sagging. Other than that, all is good!

The reception guy is TERRIBLE,, so FAR from bring friendly or helpful.. The guy who served me called PUTRA and absolutely NOT SUITABLE for his job.. In terms of cleanliness for a 4 stars hotel,, I'd say pretty poor.. all the cups got lots ofnbrown stain,, the air con isn't the best.. the hair dryer almost died.. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel especially for familu stay with kids

空港から車で15分程度で、無料のシャトルバスもあるので便利です。深夜の到着でしたが、スタッフが笑顔で迎えてくれたのでとても気持ちよく休めました。ベッドも大きく、部屋の広さも申し分ないです。また次回、ジャカルタでトランジットの際には利用したいと思います。
