"I wasn’t even able to stay there , When I arrived in Jalapa I text the host to let her know I arrived and there was no response. I later text the host again about 6 pm on the day of arrival and there was still no response. I decided to drive to the location to see if there was something I was missing . I took pictures of the residence to prove I actual was there . I’m asking for a refund please. "

"IT TOOK ME HOURS TO FIND THIS PLACE DUE THE WRONG INFORMATION WAS GIVEN THIS PERSON NEVER MENTION THE BUILDING NAME DROVE FOR HOURS IN VAIN. ALSO THE ACCESS CODE WAS GIVEN AT LAST MINUTE. DONT APPREACITE ALL THE TIME I WASTE ON THE FIRST DAY I STAYED."
