「Residence Stein is a gem in Split. First, it has an elevator which is unusual in an older building. The staff are helpful and warm, my room was spacious (room and bath) with good storage for luggage/stuff. I love having breakfast on-site as it is easier to start the day. It’s location is great for getting into the city center and all the attractions.
I would definitely stay here again-」
「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」

「Access to the property is a challenge for those with disabilities. It is located on the interior of the Palace and accessible through the Palace passageways and up a number of challenging stairways. We needed the manager’s video shared via WhatsApp to guide us to the entry. Once there, there is an elevator to the door of the suite. The suite itself is modern and spacious. Location to local tours (including those inside the Palace) is very convenient. Nice view of the harbor and area.」
