「The management at this hotel is incredibly rude, hostile, and unprofessional.
While outside with visitors who had a small mini Goldendoodle, a man with no uniform, name tag, or identification approached us and, without even saying hello, immediately demanded: “What room are you in? Are you staying here? Which room?” I wrote it down because the interaction was so shockingly rude. I asked, “Who are you?” and only then did he say he worked there.
He claimed guests had complained about the dog....
