“We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!”

“We had a great time visiting this property. It was three adults and two large retrievers. We had plenty of space inside, on the large deck and the huge yard. The road and neighborhood were very quiet but in such a great location if you wanted to go to Sylvan Beach for some action. The responsiveness from the host was nearly immediate and the check in/out was simple. The house itself was everything we needed to enjoy our week. Oh and the view, couldn’t get better. We loved watching a storm roll……

“This is a beautiful property and we had a tremendous stay. We were in Cortland for a baseball tournament and five families shared the house. Plenty of space and the grounds were great for relaxing during downtime. The property is clean and well kept and George was very responsive to all of our questions. If we come back to Cortland, we will certainly stay there again!!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Property was well maintained. There were lifejackets available for use with the provided Kayaks and canoe. The lake was very peaceful and private. The home had everything we needed from firewood to coffee, toiletries, towels and more. Kristen, the host, was great to deal with. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I give this property a 5 star rating except for the accuracy of the listing of Air……
