Fantastic House

This property was perfect for our stay in Jard, the hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. The house was spotless and well equipped and in a perfect location for the beach and centre. In such a lovely quiet area we even saw deer at the bottom of the garden in the forest 3 mornings whilst having our breakfast. Would highly recommend this house, and hope to visit again.

Excellent House & Location

Our host Catherine, is a most charming lady. The house was perfect, and she had thought of everything that a guest would need. Plenty of Towels, etc. The location is perfect, just 1/2 mile from the port and town centre. 10 out of 10.

Jard sur Mer

We had a lovely stay in this well equipped, quiet and peaceful property. Everything was of a high standard. Great to have such good and comfortable beds, makes a huge difference. Property backs onto the forest making it private, calming and peaceful. Lovely hosts and would definitely look to return. Many thanks for a great week.

Es war eine wunderschƶne Woche, die wir in diesem sehr gemĆ¼tlichen Ferienhaus verbrachten. Catherine Dupond ist eine sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation hat bestens funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Schƶnes Ferienhaus am Atlantik

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Jard-sur-Mer. Das Haus ist sehr schƶn und hat alles was man braucht. Es liegt direkt am Wald und es ist daher ruhig. Andererseits erreicht man zu FuƟ den BƤcker in 5 Minuten und einen nicht Ć¼berfĆ¼llten bewachten Strand in 10 Minuten. Besonders schƶn war es, FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck, Mittagessen und Abendessen auf der groƟzĆ¼gigen Terrasse essen zu kƶnnen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

En fonction du prix ƩlevƩ demandƩ, le logement est correct sans plus. Surtout ne casser rien, car la propriƩtaire vous fera payer un prix exorbitant en vous disant de ne pas vous tracasser. 2 jours plus tard, via Abritel, elle vous envoie sa facture.

Haus am Wald

Das Haus ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Das Vermieterpaar ist freundlich und dezent. Das Haus befindet sich in zweiter Reihe. Parken ist nur im Innenhof mƶglich und fĆ¼r unbegabte Fahrer mit sehr groƟem Auto eine Herausforderung. Das GrundstĆ¼ck selbst ist durch die Hanglage nicht weiter nutzbar. Aber es gibt eine ausreichend groƟe Holzveranda inklusive Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Der am unteren GrundstĆ¼cksende angrenzende Wald spendet teilweise Schatten. (gut an heiƟen sonnigen Sommertagen) Gelegentlich hƶrt man Vogelgezwitscher und sieht Rehe vorbeischauen. Zum Markt und Ortskern geht man 5 Minuten, zum Hafen 10 Minuten. Es hat uns gut gefallen.
