“This property was excellent. Well appointed and laid out- with 3 good sized bedrooms, three separate wcs/ showers and 2 wonderful spacious balconies and great aircon system throughout.Chill out on the balcony and watch the boats go up and down the canal.Location is superb with only a 3 minute walk to Arenal beach and all that offers.Finally the communication and assistance throughout from Jayne at Ladybird Villas ( agent) needs a special mention. Really helpful and pleasant to communicate……

“Pascales property is located in a quiet, peaceful area a short drive from Javea and it amenities. Quite simply the views and general outlook of the villa are stunning. As a family we particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper terrace with our evening meal, taking in the scenery. “The villa was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were hoping for.
