Wonderful staff

The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible! I spoke to many and they were all very helpful, especially Mohammed in guest services. My room was very nice, only issue was hot water took a while, nothing major. You will love this hotel and it’s location.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The Hilton Corniche is truly a top hotel with a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. From the inside, it’s the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. The rooms are very nice, with a classic style that feels elegant and comfortable. The facilities are excellent—everything is on point. The cleanliness is perfect, and the service is outstanding. This is a real 5-star hotel, and it is worth every penny.

Convenient area. Nice lobby. Nice Sea View. Dirty bath tub. Furniture is dated. Walls dirty in bathroom, or could be mold. Iron was broken and dripped ALL the water out. Another iron was brought and the steam button was pressed in and didn’t work. Not for me, will stay elsewhere next time.

The property is well presentable when u walk in but the pool area requires attention broken tiles that cut my child’s foot and now has an infection from it the staff take forever to respond having to ask twice or sometimes three for requests soup took over half an hour Air conditioning way over board especially it’s winter season gyms and male and female pools were excellent needs a bit of attention with the staff attending to housekeeping and the ac and tiles would’ve had a more comfortable stay

Enjoyable, recommended, careful with hotel service

The hotel is well-located, with everything within walking distance, which is a great advantage. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the hotel itself was impressive. However, for a 5-star hotel I expected more compared to other 5-star establishments. There were a few issues: the service in some areas fell short, especially with basic tasks like restocking supplies and cleaning either came very late or not at all. the hotel buffet was a really good experience but HIGHLY overpriced. we were 2 adults and 1 child, SAR 800, compared to other places where the same would have been half the price or less. That said, the stay was enjoyable, and the hotel is worth considering if you value the convenience of its location and a generally good experience by the seaside, beach promenade and meeting local people. Jeddah is a buz of a city and with a taxi 20 mins you are pretty much in the old town full of history.
