「I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.」

「Our stay here was immensely pleasant. The location was walking distance to the Hill's sights and restaurants. We enjoyed being in the neighborhood. Parking was always available. The apartment itself is cozy and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the little balcony, which was perfect for drinks on a spring day. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit St. Louis.」
