「Really adorable place! My husband, son (5yrs), and I stayed here when visiting Cooperstown (about 40 mins away). We enjoyed dinner and the used bookstore in Cobleskill and had plenty of space to play our favorite board games at. This place was very easy to find, conveniently located (from LI we drove here Friday, made Cooperstown a day trip Sat, and drove back on Sunday), super clean, well renovated and decorated and the host was very responsive. 「This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick!」

「It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games...
