「We enjoyed the Tatanka suite at Eagle's Watch. It was just outside of Walden, CO and was very quiet with a view of the mountains. The suite had Native American decorations throughout, and the kitchen cabinets had numerous historic pictures of Walden on them. 「We stayed at this cabin for a week-long family vacation and had a wonderful experience! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked most of our meals there, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it easy. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but the host was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a larger room, which was perfect for my husband, me, and our two dogs. We also really appreciated the small fenced-in pet area, which...

「The Cabin is absolutely off grid offering total seclusion. The host was great, offering assistance for what ever we might need both prior to and during our stay. For those willing to stretch their legs, there is great hunting and fishing with in a 20 minute ATV ride away from cabin. ATV trails go for ever. The elk hunt was a great success. We scouted, hunted hard and had great success.」

「Real old fashioned cabins which are spotlessly clean and tight. Comfortable beds, plenty of sheets and blankets, wood heat if you needed it and apparently electric if you wanted that which we did not. Quiet. Nice places to take an evening walk. Great hosts. There was a small mixup which was fixed immediately. Not the new age “cabin” of today thank goodness!! Loved the classic Colorado of old feeling.」
