On the ground floor, you will encounter a real surprise - an indoor pool nestled in the middle of the living room. You will also find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area and a guest toilet.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower-equipped bathroom. All rooms have access to a large upper terrace that stretches along the house, offering a beautiful view of the bay. This terrace is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, or observe the night sky.
