This beautiful and cozy apartment with a backyard is located on the second floor of a secure building with a 3-unit multi-family house. It's a 20-minute bus ride from Times Square and a 4-minute walk from the bus stop.
Access is through a secure entrance on the lower level, followed by a communal staircase leading to your private unit.
Unfortunately, our unit DOES NOT HAVE EXCLUDABLE PARKING. However, street parking is also available. Please note that due to high demand in the area, parking can sometimes be very challenging to find.

really unthoughtful

The place was very nice and clean but there were many things missing. The bathroom barely had what we needed, the beds were air mattresses in 2 of the rooms and were so tinny, they were no better than a couch. They left wine which was nice, but then left no bottle opener. I reached out and got a response after hours if ever. My last few messages went unanswered. They had a tiny trash can and did not have trash bags. Probably just a new listing but they could have put in more effort.
