Welcome to our 2 beautiful 2 bedroom apartment centrally located 1 block away from the bustop to NYC which is only 29 mins away from Times Square. The marbled floor apartment includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed and small lounge sofa, TV, wifi, and small table for make up. The other bedroom includes a double bed, lounge sofa, a twin mattress in the closet just in case, and the living room are includes a sofa twin day bed with an under bunk bed. The apartment includes a full kitchen with all essentials for 1 day or extended stays..book today

The place was not cleaned properly there are rats and cockroaches everywhere, along with hair everywhere on the floors and bedding. Good thing we took our own sheets. There was no soap or any toilet paper. Bed was also broken

Disappointing, Unfortunately.
The property has so much potential but there are things that need to be addressed. Attention to detail is important to enhance a renters experience. First let me say, the apartment owner was very responsive to my messages and apologetic about my concerns. Here are the things that prevented our stay from being enjoyable. 1. Dishes were dirty 2. Grout between tiles were dirty 3. Bath towels had hair in them 4. Stove was dirty 5. Refrigerator was dirty 6. Heater panels falling off the wall 7. Lamp had “red stuff” on it in the shape of someone’s thumb 8. Hair on floors throughout the entire apartment 9. Hair on blanket in bed 10. Hole in bedroom door 11. Roaches found in bathroom 12. Roaches found inside of refrigerator 13. White sofa was stained 14. Walls in several places were dirty 15. This part didn’t bother me but for light sleepers this could be a problem: the walls are very thin and there were several screaming and yelling residents. As well as loud music. We could hear people using their vacuum and having conversations. 16. The washer / dryer took a total of 4 hours to complete the wash / dry cycle so be mindful if you have to use it. 17. Walking into the building there is a mildew / mold smell 18. The light switches, thermostat stove knobs have layers of dirt on them. (I documented everything with video and photos) I hate to write a negative review but I am hoping my experience will help someone else have a better stay than we did.

Boite à clef pour entrée mais pas de code et pas de moyen de contacter le propriétaire car pas de numéro direct ( le voisin a passe plusieurs coups de téléphone pour nous aider . 2h avant d'avoir acces Pas de notice pour les appareils (lave linge - lave vaisselle) Pas de balai et pelle pour nettoyer apres le repas Pas assez de couverts et de casseroles
