Great accommodating staff. Room type booked wasn't available, so they gave us a free upgraded room from 1 queen, to 1 king! Because they use a machine to clean that works in circular motion, edges and corners are not getting the attention it needs, so only 4 stars for cleanness.

They gave us a beautiful spacious room on the top floor with terrace. Gorgeous hotel, easy to get to the old city.

Hotel bom e com boa localização. Cafe da manhã com boa variedade. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, educados e com cortesia. Tive probleminha somente com o sistema de controle de temperatura e foi necessário mudar de quarto, mas foi tudo resolvido a contento.

The breakfast buffet gave us a good start to our days touring and the bar was good for a wind down beverage in the evenings. The hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants and is close to the Damascus Gate. The location was a convenient start to our daily touring. It could use a little updating. Overall, a good place to stay.

The breakfast offered the vast choices that are often available in Israel, although it could be a bit hit and miss. The room was slightly tired but comfortable. The location near the Damascus Gate was unbeatable.

It was a great hotel with a fantastic breakfast! My only gripe is that the pull out couch was not very comfortable. It would have been better to have a room with two proper beds in it. Other than that, it was good!

Nice hotel for tours, not so for family travel

The hotel is very nice with a comfortable, well-equipped room and an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk are in dire need of customer service training as i experienced some unprofessional and discourteous conduct. The location is in East Jerusalem and I don't think that it is convenient for walking to Ben Yehuda Street/Machane Yehuda or the old city. However, if you have a bus or a taxi, or you are comfortable with public transportation such as the train, it is fine.

Constructive criticism

The only thing is the lack of variety at the bar menu. A guest should be able to order from the restaurant menu if he or she wants to eat at the bar area. We had to fight to get anchovies in our pizza. Indicating no flexibility even though they have them available if you order a Caesar salad

So it was not as nice as I thought it would be. It was clean but old looking the bed was hard and it was hot in the room. Breakfast which is free is a huge selection, food was ok. I dont think its in a easy location to get around Jerusalem without having to drive your car which is not safe to do. We got there late and stayed one night but to me it seemed to not be in a good location to get around with a bus or train.

L'hôtel est très beau, le personnel ignore les clients étrangers, passe a côté sans dire bonjour, ne souris pas, lorsque on pose il question ils ne prennent pas la peine de répondre, vous laisse vous débrouiller. Le petit-déjeuner est dégueulasses. Je regrette d'avoir séjourner dans cette hôtel, surtout vu le prix que j'ai payée. Il faut préciser, que cette hôtel est seulement pour les israéliens
