Sea Whispers – minutes walk to beach

Architect designed beach house, about 2 hours south of Sydney, located in the exclusive Benton Sands Estate.

Set amidst peaceful scribbly gums and only 150 meters from the white sands of Callala Beach on the Northern side of Jervis Bay. You can enjoy safe swimming for the family, great fishing, and many other activities including windsurfing, bike riding and golf. Included is access to the private, indoor, community pool.

The property boasts tranquil colours, modern interiors, a gourmet kitchen, large gas BBQ, washing facilities, two 42 inch Plasma TV alongside keyed access to the community's private pool (covered) and BBQ.

The property comprises of an en suite with shower, main bathroom with bath / shower, outdoor shower for after the beach, a large open plan lounge, separate lounge with TV, living, dining and kitchen and a large laundry with washing machine and dryer, perfect for a beach house. The large private deck facing the bush reserve is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the afternoon sun.

Benton Sands Estate is an ecologically designed community with beautiful surrounds of scribbly gums and ghost gums. Once within the estate it is 150 meters to the magnificent white sands of Callala Beach. Easy access via duck boards through pristine natural bushland.

Enjoy the prolific native bird life including rosellas, kookaburras and king parrots. The estate has very little traffic, the streets are suitable for strolling and bike riding.

The local area boasts a 9-hole golf course, bowling green, skate ramp, Callala Bay boat ramp and sailing club. While the restaurants, dolphin cruises and tourist attractions of Vincentia and Huskisson are less than half an hour away by car.

Callala Bay shops are only 2 mins by car, with a newsagent, butcher, baker, bottle shop and cafe.

Linen:
Linen Service full property all beds, 200 AUD per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote. If you dont book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Pets are welcome at this property. Sorry no cats allowed. There is a surcharge of 100 AUD to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

If you bring a pet, a surcharge of 100 AUD will be added after the booking is placed.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Notes
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

It made no difference to us but I think if you had a aged person in your party or someone who was disabled they would find it very hard to negotiate the stairs for bathing or bedrooms as this is all up on the upper level of the house it needs to be advertised accordingly

Beautiful property with gorgeous view
We love Callala Beach, and especially Brenton Sands as it's got its own community pool. The house is very well appointed, and has heaps of indoor space, sleeper sofas, three bedrooms. It's really comfortable and easy to settle into.

This is an excellent place good location and big enough to cater a group of people but unfortunately for us wasn’t a great experience due to the lack of cleaning, looks like it wasn’t clean after the last guests we have dirty floors, a couch cover in sand, toilets with splash of urine and the worst one of the toilet seat with a stain of blood that was disgusting we have to get to the shops for some beach to disinfect them, after called then and they promise to send someone to clean the place but nobody turned up , then a receive an email hour later apologising and blaming cov19. Terrible

A great family getaway
This place was hard to leave, it is well equipped and comfortably furnished, just right for two couples and our dogs. It is set amongst the gum trees in an eco friendly neighbourhood with an easy stroll to the pristine, undeveloped beach. Loved it.
