Once I arrived the pictures did not do the property in my opinion justice of the surrounding canopy of trees, palm fronds and just how much of an actual retreat the property is. 「To say that this couple went beyond expectations to make sure that we were safe and comfortable- there are no words. Their home was beautiful, updated, and the coolest place we’ve ever stayed, according to my grandchildren(which is amazing since we had just spent a week in a cabin in the Smokey mountains). 「Although we only stayed over night on our way home, we found the home cheerful and comfortable. The complementary healthy snacks and coffee were a thoughtful touch. We had everything we needed to recharge from a long drive. We appreciated the fenced in yard since we were traveling with a pet. 「Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel.」

「This home is in a great location near to shops and grocery stores, not far from the downtown area and only about 25 minutes from the bridge to Jekyll Island. The space was welcoming and well appointed- laundry and dishwasher detergent were available. Bonus: there was coffee! My most frequently forgotten travel must have!
