Leading out from the lounge is a gorgeous balcony with a gas braai facility to make use of. The balcony overlooks lush greenery and a garden, creating a serene ambience; where you can take in nature’s beauty.
The apartment accommodates 4 guests in two well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom presents a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, access to the balcony and en-suite bathrooms, each including a bath, shower, toilet as well as his and hers basins.
In addition, the apartment includes high-speed internet, secure undercover parking, concierge services with all linen and towels provided with your stay. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, offering elevated views and added privacy. While there is no direct elevator access, guests should be prepared to navigate a few additional stairs. We recommend this property for guests comfortable with stair access, as it is not wheelchair accessible.

Please note that the property is located on the third floor and does not have direct lift access. There are additional stairs to navigate, and unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible. For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 312 Insignia 122 Patricia Rd, Sandown, Sandton, 2031. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
