Clear communication with owners from beginning, especially in regard to steep, loose gravel, winding driveway (nothing a normal vehicle can't do). Beds were surprisingly super comfy with plenty of fluffy pillows! They are a bit high off the ground so beware for small children and elderly to help get in/out.
