""Bugs bugs and pee" March 2026 Bug infestation is never good in a hotel, we had bugs crawling across floor and ceiling and have pictures to share, my wife wouldn’t even use bathroom. There was pee around base of toilet and hair on the towels. It didn’t appear like the room had been vacuumed. But the bugs were the major issue. The employee at the front desk had the personality of a blank coffee cup. We didn’t eat breakfast because of the lack of cleanness of the room."

"Minimal movie selection. The move to requiring you to use your Netflix and so on did not work because we are from out of state, so Netflix wouldn't allow us to use our subscription in the hotel. Breakfast was low quality. "

"No breakfast Need a bank issues card for incidental fee. Housekeeping will need to be told and reminded to bring towels and make beds, if you stay mutiple days. "

"Room was clean and spacious. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we were warm overnight. The hot tubs were severely below an appropriate water level making that less enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. "
