Une parenthèse enchantée à 2h de Paris

Séjour parfait. Tout est pensé pour les parents avec des enfants ( dodo, table à langer, chaises, même des petits chaussons). Le service est irréprochable. La cuisine est raffinée. Le brunch est excellent. Le seul petit bémol,les chambres dans l'annexe sont peut-être un peu moins sympathiques que celle du bâtiment principal.

Déception.

Superbe région et environs. La ville de Joigny a beaucoup de charme. Gros bémol sur le service et surtout la relation client... Nous avons eu un problème avec un restaurant des environs, ne faisant pas partie de l'hôtel et malheureusement une personne leur a transmis mes coordonnées bancaires confidentielles sans mon accord et sans me prévenir. J'en ai fait part à la réception qui s'est engagée à m'appeler pour une explication mais après plusieurs jours, aucune nouvelle.... D'autre part, peu d'équipement dans la chambre prévu pour 1 personne alors que nous étions 2. Donc une déception due à un manque de service client (et surtout de suivi) et de niveau des prestations de l'hôtel/spa pour un 5 étoiles... Nous avons appris seulement lors de notre arrivée que la partie "maison familiale" n'était "classée" 5 étoiles alors que rien ne l'indique sur les sites de réservation... je regrette ce manque de transparence.

Les atouts de cet hôtel sont le restaurant gastronomique et le beau SPA... Pour ce qui est des chambres, j'ai logé dans la Pension de Famille face à l'hôtel qui n'a pas été rénovée depuis un certain temps. La literie est bonne et la chambre spacieuse, mais la moquette, le mobilier et la salle de bain datent un peu. Le séjour à été agréable grâce à un service impeccable et le SPA. A noter, le petit déjeuner un peu cher...

Une arnaque

Séjour très décevant. Le service ni la propreté de la chambre n'étaient dignes d'un 5 étoiles. La chambre était globalement salle, des trous dans les murs, moquette salle, carreaux cassés, et j'en passe. Réponse de l'hôtel : "nous rénovons nos chambres au fur et a mesure". Des gouters soi-disant offerts mais plus rien à servir 45 minutes avant la fin. Aucun geste n'a été proposé pour compenser mon mécontentement. Pour une nuit à 250€, c'est tout simplement une arnaque. Seul point positif : le SPA.

Bonjour, notre séjour s'est passé à merveille. Nous étions logés dans "la maison de famille" une annexe de l'hôtel. Ce n'était pas précisé par hotels.com au moment de la réservation mais nous n'avons tout de même pas été déçus. L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très charmant et agréable. L'hôtel principal donne sur l'Yonne. Le SPA ainsi que les soins sont formidables. Sauna, hammam, jacuzzi etc sont très propres. Nous avons apprécié le service voiturier. Il y a également une boutique dans l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner ni le brunch sur place mais visiblement ça avait l'air d'être top. Dans la chambre il y a vraiment tout le confort nécessaire (sèche cheveux, produits de beauté etc...) Le restaurant 2 étoiles Michelin est sublime, des plats mis en valeur. Nous avons eu la chance de croiser Mr Lorain 3 fois durant notre séjour. Il y a pas mal de choses à visiter dans le coin.

Un dîner exceptionnel pour un hôtel moyen...

J'ai séjourné une nuit début août 2018. L'accueil fût professionel et chaleureux. Le dîner exceptionnel (cuisine et service). En revanche, l'aspect général du Spa ainsi que de la chambre (située dans la maison familiale) est en deçà. Les peintures sont désuètes, la salle de bain vieillissante et les interrupteurs obsolètes. On m'a proposé gentiment une autre chambre, ce que j'ai refusé du fait de la durée très courte (une nuit) de mon séjour. L'aspect du Spa n'est plus au goût du jour (saumon et glacis aux murs). En revanche, le dîner fût un réel moment de plaisir tant dans les assiettes qui me furent présentées que par le service de salle (excellente brigade).
