「Really nice room, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything I needed. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my room. I gave the amenities 3 stars only because I used none during my stay so I have no idea how they were. Great location, quiet.」

「Weird stains on the sleeper sofa as well as the light fixtures. No additional bedsheets found in linen closet. Rancid smell in room, very few outlets. Roach found in bathroom, very stained and mildewed shower curtain. Refrigerator hardly cold enough to store food. Really dingy and unclean vibe overall, and very outdated property. Breakfast pretty standard. + 1 star for working AC.」

「Staff and services were all excellent. No breakfast included but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t want anything at the on site restaurant/breakfast buffet. The facilities are up to date and clean. There is plenty to parking as well.」

「Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We used the app to check in and out, so the only contact we had with staff was in the morning at breakfast. The women we talked with were friendly and helpful. We would stay again!」

「Nice, basic long-term stay hotel. In a very nice area right off the interstate. Was built fairly recently so it was a little more run down than I expected in some areas. Part of the counter laminate in my room was coming off and the walls/stairs were dinged up. Fitness room has a couple treadmills, an elliptical and functional trainer/cable machine with weight stacks but there was no bench, dumbbells, or mats which was disappointing. 「When we are in the Des Moines area we always stay at The Revel. It is clean, comfortable beds and quiet. The bar area is really nice and convenient whether you're having a quick drink before going out or sitting on the patio with the gas fireplace for a night cap. Checkin was super easy and quick. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.」
