「Our stay at Eagle Cap was far better than anticipated! What a lovely staff, in a beautiful place! I appreciated the kindness and enthusiasm from each person I spoke to. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, the coffee in the cafe was excellent, and the surrounding area, lake, tram, and nearby town were fantastic! We’ve already decided this will be an annual trip for our family.」

「The front desk and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. The person who cleaned our room tossed fresh towels on the back of our toilet, left an empty trashcan on a table for us, I guess to empty our own trash, and didn’t replenish our coffee supplies. The front desk was closed from 10p to 6a so I couldn’t request more supplies. It seemed more like an Airbnb situation where you need to clean yourself and try to find your own coffee. Spending over $200 a night was too pricey for that...
