Four bedrooms, each with a queen bed, soft linens, and its own quiet corner of the property. A sofa bed in the main living space brings total sleeping capacity to 10. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bath, and a second full bath sits near the living room for the rest of the guests.

L I V I N G R O O M

The living room opens straight onto the patio and pool, with windows framing the pool and the sunrise beyond it. A smart TV sets up movie nights, the sofa converts to a king bed for extra sleeping space, and it all sits right next to the kitchen, so nobody`s ever far from the action.

K I T C H E N & D I N I N G

The kitchen is built for cooking, not just reheating. Oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and dishwasher cover the basics, the drip coffee machine handles the mornings, and ice trays keep drinks cold without hunting down a machine. Dining happens indoors or out on the shaded patio, so the group can spread out or gather close depending on the night.

O U T D O O R S

Gold Nugget opens up in every direction. Catch the sunrise from the pool, the spa, the hammocks, or the shaded patio, then catch the sunset from the propane fire pit, the stargazing dome, or the private soaking tub. Round out the day with a match of bocce ball or dinner off the propane BBQ. The 2.5 acres mean there`s room to spread out no matter which way the light is coming from.

• Dogs: leashed outside, off furniture and beds, and out of the pool and spa. Please bag their waste.
• Pool and spa: no lifeguard, no diving, no glass. Kids under 14 need adult supervision.
• Fire pit: never leave it unattended. Put it fully out and cover it after.
• Septic: please don`t flush wipes or tampons.
• Keep outdoor trash bin lids closed (keeps the coyotes out!)
• County rules: no outdoor amplified music or bright outdoor lights.
• Stay within the property lines and respect our neighbors.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50/hr. Just ask!
