Peaceful desert

Cute little cabin, small, but with all the necessities. Great patio overlooking the desert. Plus great views from the living room. I went there for some quiet, alone time, and it was perfect. Two other houses on the property were not occupied so it was wonderfully peaceful.

The cabin provides a perfect getaway on the cusp of the Park. Hosts are kind and informative. Book this place, and come breathe in the fresh desert air.

Property location was great. Also liked the outside sitting area and hammock. Not having an over was a bit inconvenient and the stove wasn't working well (back burner was barely working and was tilted so the pan kept sliding around.

Perfect Little Cabin

I had a wonderful stay in Mustang cabin at Rattler's Ranch over the Thanksgiving weekend. The cabin itself is perfectly located in the little town of Joshua Tree and the online pictures don't do it justice. The cabin is stocked with everything you will need and it is extremely comfy and cozy. You will be in for a treat when you turn the corner from the bedroom to the common room as the galley kitchen is beautifully done! My favorite time at the cabin was spent drinking coffee on the inviting patio while enjoying the absolute peace and solitude of the desert. I also loved the bug catcher/relocator and plan on buying several of them for family and friends! :) Finally, I highly recommend booking Travis from Wandering Mojave (found on TripAdvisor) for a personalized hike in Joshua Tree National Park. I had an exceptional experience with him and can't recommend his services enough. I look forward to coming back to Joshua Tree and renting Mustang cabin again. Thank you, Joy!
