「I was super excited to stay here, and at first, the experience was great. The dome was well-equipped, clean, and nicely presented, and the views were absolutely beautiful. However, toward the end of our stay, there was a miscommunication due to a new staff member providing incorrect information. I was also surprised to be charged for towels because of a very minimal lipstick stain. I’ve stayed at many places and have never been charged for something like that before.
