「Really hard to arrive if you drive because it's far」

「This property charges premium prices but delivers very little beyond the view. The location overlooking Lake Atitlán is beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The internet was essentially unusable during my stay. For a hotel at this price level, reliable internet should be basic. I had work to do and could not connect. 「The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. Si son amables, pero llegue a las 2, incluso acorde la llegada y aun asi llegue y el lugar no estaba listo, entras por callejones que no se ven muy seguros, no esta bien señalizado el lugar, además de que no hay regadera, es bañarse a jicara con agua fria. 「Well this place is OLD unkept, and over price for the quality. Staff was very professional. Doors broken, locks not working, walls crack and chipped very bad. Furniture were stained and due to city pest control spray that day there was so many bags all over the room. Which they had time to clean since we arrived at 6:00 pm and pest control was before noon 」
