Belgians by origin and Burgundians by heart and adoption, farmers by profession in their native country, Isabelle & Étienne welcome you to a charming 19th century country residence steeped in history (former winegrowers' house) completely restored with care. Very quiet location, nestled in the heart of a picturesque and charming little Burgundian village, on the very edge of a peaceful little alley a stone's throw from a bucolic tree-lined square, epicenter of this "mini town" where friendly people compete games of pétanque in the shade of the plane trees! In the heart of the rolling countryside (partly protected in the "Natura 2000 & ZNIEFF Zone" for the quality of its rich ecosystem), nestled under the gentle wooded hills of the South Burgundy massif (vast wild forest massif with superb panoramic viewpoints, to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides), very close to the first vineyards, in the heart of a peaceful preserved setting, alternating bocage meadows, fields & forests. Sumptuous sites & landscapes to discover in the surrounding area. Very comfortable cottage. Spacious & bright. Warm country style with contemporary accents. Cozy, cocooning & cozy atmosphere, reinforced by the presence of a pleasant electric fireplace (with visual flames). Beautiful heritage restoration: conservation of the majestic beams & original stone walls. Lots of charm & character. Warm and charming cottage - accessible by a private external elevator - nestled in a charming 19th century country house of character carefully restored, located in a quiet area in the heart of a picturesque little Burgundy village nestled between Grosne & Saône, 4 km from the town of Sennecey-le-Grand (all amenities including supermarkets) & 9 km from the charming gastronomic & shopping city of Tournus (all shops & services / world-renowned abbey site & river marina / A6 access). In the heart of the rolling countryside, nestled on the wooded foothills of the southern Burgundy massif (largely protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone"), in the hollow of a magnificent preserved natural & wine-growing setting.
