Absolutely awful. Contacted the hotel via email, texts, whats app messages and calls (on both their main and emergency "24hr" number) totalling over 20 times as well as having hotels.com attempt to contact them as we couldn't enter the apartment on arrival as reception was shut. Le gérant a été très gentil et très aidant. L'appartement était très grand, et propre. La sale de bain spacieuse. Parking difficile à trouver car ils n'ont pas encore d'enseigne mais le gérant est venu nous dépanner.
