"We had a great short stay at this property. The fishing down at the creek was very good, caught a lot of fish and the dock was very stable and safe. The rest of the property is fantastic and there is plenty to walk around and see. The best part of the stay is how clean they keep the rooms, that is not always the case on these types of rentals, but everything was great. Council Grove is a great small town getaway spot: Hays House excellent dinner; Riverbank Brewery great beer, cool spot; downtown shopping; Saddlerock Cafe great breakfast diner. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed."
