「This hotel lists their location as downtown Puerto Maldonado. Actual location is 20+ minutes outside the town on a dirt road. Impossible to get taxi service to town. Resort wanted to charge me for Dinner and Breakfast when my reservation stated both were included.
Staff at resort were nice and understood our frustration with situation. When...

「We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle.」
