Double storey house with 4 spacious bedrooms. 3 queen beds and 2 single beds. 2 living spaces and 1 dining area. One bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs with bath tub. Kitchen is fully equipped. 6 seater dining table with 2 extra chairs. Washing machine in the laundry. BBQ under the back patio with outdoor table and chairs.

Split air conditioners are in downstairs living room, upstairs living room, 2 bedrooms and portal air conditioners are in the rest 2 bedrooms.

The property is located in the prominent marina area and about 3 minutes walk to Marina or beach. 4 minutes drive(28 minutes walk) to town center or jetty. Nice and quiet location with easy access to all facilities offered.

House rules:

Please be advised the total number of people shall not exceed 8 guests at all times and the fourth bedroom (with 2 single beds) shall not accommodate more than 1 guest at 11 years old or older or 2 10 years old or younger as per local government's short term rental approval conditions.

The house is not a party or gathering house. We cannot host you if you have plan for party or gathering.

No pet is allowed

The quiet time is from 10pm to 8am every day.

Breaching house rules will cause eviction with no payment to be refunded.
