Unit 66, Seafront Estate
Welcome to Unit 66 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wading pool for the toddlers.
A communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large, grassed area for the kids to play.
Unit 66 is furnished with air-conditioning to the living area and all bedrooms. This unit has an oven.
This unit also has a smart TV in the main room. A smart TV is also in the second room on the wall.
Second Fridge Freezer. New flooring in Bedrooms. New Blinds for privacy. Wi Fi is installed at the property.
This unit sleeps 8 guests; the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Bunk Beds Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
There is Wi-Fi at this property.
Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.
The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.
Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.
Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. Not suitable for boat parking.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
